The safest way to remove your lash extensions is by visiting your technician. Professionals use a special eyelash remover that breaks down the bonds of the adhesive used to glue extensions to your natural lashes. Within only a few seconds, the eyelash extensions will fall off. The whole eyelash extension removal procedure is approximately 15 to 30 minutes. By having the procedure done by a professional, your skin is protected and your natural lash remains intact.
Please have a seat in the designated waiting area at the entrance of Soul Wellness and wait for your provider to meet you there. A valid credit or debit card is required to be on file in order to schedule. Elite Esthetique requires a non-refundable 40% deposit for all appointments at the time of booking. We respectfully ask for a minimum of 24-hours' notice for all appointment cancellations or reschedules. In the event of cancellations or reschedules with less than 24-hours' notice or same-day cancellations, your pre-paid deposit will be forfeited. If adequate notice is given, your deposit will be credited to your rescheduled appointment. In the event that you do not contact us to cancel/reschedule and you do not show up to your scheduled service(s), you will be marked as a No-Show. No-Shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s) to the card on file. Clients with more than 3 no-shows in a 6 month period may be blocked from booking future appointments.
